Page two of my five part collaboration with Autumn Giles.
Autumn wrote this poem while inspired by a trip she and I took to visit her grandmother in Pennsylvania. Growing up, I was really fixated on bird call clocks. They were always advertised in weird novelty and miscellaneous junk catalogs that my mother would get in the mail e.g. What on Earth. But I had never seen one in person until first visiting Autumn’s grandmother.
Come back tomorrow for the next installment!
